Sit Dharma Guesthouse was originally known as Wassana Guesthouse and was founded by Mrs. Watanyou Chingchit in 2009 with just 11 rooms. A new building was constructed in 2012 adding an additional 16 rooms.
Mr & Mrs Grainger, who are the son-in-law and daughter of Mrs. Chingchit, are the new directors of the guesthouse in 2013. Taking a new approach, operating with Dharma (teachings of Buddha) in mind and adhering to kindness to all things, Sit Dharma Guesthouse is aptly named.
Driven by Buddha’s teachings "a good deed may produce merit which ripens into wealth", Sit Dharma Guesthouse intends to provide a unique service and impressive experience to its customers. It is our goal to create a good working environment for our employees’ where morale and ethics are high at all levels.
